To create an UpToDate account, you must first be on-site (using a computer) at one of the following locations:
- SIUSOM campus (for example, one of the library computers)
- Memorial Health
- the Medical Resource Center in Carbondale, IL
To create an UpToDate account:
- Go to http://www.uptodateonline.com/
- Click on Register
- Enter all required information
- Enter verification code after it is sent to your email
Your account is now active and you can begin using UpToDate on your computer or the UpToDate app on your phone. You will need to login to your account once every 3 months on-site to re-validate your account.
