You can create a copy of your complete library as an .enlx file and then email the file to yourself or put it on a flashdrive. You can then open up this file on a different computer with the EndNote app installed.
Follow the instructions below:
- Open up the EndNote library you want to transfer
- Click on File > Compress Library (.enlx)
- Click Next
- Name your file and save it to your desktop
- Either email the .enlx file to yourself to save it to flash drive
- Open up EndNote on the second computer
- Download the file from your email or drag it to your desktop from your flash drive (do not try to open the file before doing this!)
- Double click on the download file to view the transferred library
