The library has multiple rooms available for reservation.
- The smaller conference rooms, 4140 and 4141, can be reserved by emailing circulation@siumed.edu or by calling 217-545-2658.
- The Dirksen and Stevenson Conference rooms can be reserved through Outlook Calendar.
- The study rooms throughout the library are available at a first-come, first-served basis, and are not available to reserve.
The library also has two specialty rooms available to reserve. The Cave is a quiet studio equipped to record audio and video and edit content. Room 4175, or the Training Room, is available for testing or training sessions. It has 10 computers, an instructor computer, and a wall monitor with Polycom. The Cave and the Training Room can be reserved during Library hours by emailing circulation@siumed.edu or calling 217-545-2658.
